Washington International University seems to have been founded in 1994 and acclaims “global American higher education” via non-campus, distance learning available to adult learners online. WIU  is a non-traditional program or system that provides education and skills improvements. Work experience is utilized as academic credit and professional knowledge along with any special training obtained at the work place.
