Other degree guides have suggested student complaints such as:

“Because of the administrative/enrollment/financial aid staff at Liberty, my transcripts were lost, my student aid info was not reviewed and they caused me to go beyond the due date and wanted to charge me an additional $125 late fee. You can’t call without sitting on hold forever. They lose everything and their computers are always down. I am extremely disappointed and never even had the opportunity to get started!”

and, an epinion further shows students dissatisfaction.
