Canyon College is actively working towards accreditation with a U.S. Department of Education (USDE) recognized agency for all of its programs.

Canyon College claims it is accredited by the Association for Innovation in Distance Education (AIDE) and the American Naturopathic Medical Accreditation Board (ANMAB), but Canyon College is NOT accredited by the U.S. Department of Education. As a matter of fact, AIDE is not actually an accrediting body that is recognized or approved by anyone.
